Unfortunately, there will never be one fat loss plan that will produce exactly the same results in everyone. We all have our own bodies and we have all lived different lives in regards to how we have treated our bodies. Your individual history of fat loss attempts, your exercise history, and your genetics will all play a role in how you achieve your goals.
When you think about it, these variations from person to person are undeniable. Every diet and/or exercise protocol produces different results, at least slightly, in each person. Have you ever gone on a trendy new diet with a friend? If so, you didn’t get the same results, did you? The same is true if you started a fun new class at your local gym together. No two people ever respond exactly the same to any one stimulus. Throw numerous lifestyle changes into the mix all at once and things can get really confusing.
